About The Role

We’re seeking a highly skilled Project Director to lead the safe, efficient, and successful delivery of Heidelberg Materials’ nuclear operations at Sizewell C. You will oversee project execution, stakeholder engagement, nuclear safety compliance, and operational readiness. Working closely with the UK Major Projects team, you’ll help shape strategies aligned with national infrastructure goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the setup and execution phases of the Sizewell contract, establishing strong relationships and operational processes.
• Develop and implement robust delivery plans to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Build and lead a high-performing, multidisciplinary team.
• Promote a strong nuclear safety culture through training and continuous improvement.
• Manage project profitability and financial tracking.
• Ensure compliance with company, statutory, and client guidelines.

Qualifications
