Overview

We are working with a PM consultancy to recruit a Project Director with extensive experience in delivering major healthcare schemes (£150m+) to deliver 2 major schemes in South America. These are two, very complex, regional hospitals that are expected to complete in 3 to 4 years time.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of two major regional hospital schemes in South America with project value £150m+ each
• Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and schedules to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery
• Coordinate with stakeholders, designers, contractors, and local authorities across multiple sites
• Ensure compliance with healthcare facility standards and regulatory requirements
• Provide leadership and governance to project teams and reporting structures

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering major healthcare schemes of similar value (£150m+)
• Track record as a Project Director or equivalent with large-scale, complex projects
• Ability and willingness to relocate to project locations
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and risk management skills
