We’re representing a leading Canadian Builder that’s expanding its Major Projects Division in the GTA, with a focus on delivering complex, high-value vertical builds in the social infrastructure space, including universities, hospitals, airports and civic institutions.

About You 

The successful candidate will have the following:
  • Proven experience leading large-scale, technically demanding vertical construction projects
  • Ability to thrive in high-stakes environments
  • Experience managing projects from preconstruction through commissioning
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to guide multidisciplinary teams
  • Capacity to work collaboratively with stakeholders, influence design, and shape strategy
  • Track record of delivering excellence on complex, high-value projects
