Projects Director – Datacentre & Infrastructure

London | £85,000 – £100,000 + Benefits

Are you a strategic leader with a passion for delivering large-scale Datacentre and infrastructure projects? We're hiring a Projects Director to lead high-value, complex programmes from design through to deployment, driving operational excellence and client satisfaction.

In this senior role, you'll oversee project delivery teams, ensure quality execution, and contribute to the growth of a dynamic and fast-paced business.

What You’ll Do:

✅ Lead the delivery of multi-site Datacentre and infrastructure projects

✅ Manage project managers, site leads, and key client stakeholders

✅ Ensure profitability, quality, and compliance across all engagements

✅ Support team development, talent recruitment, and retention

✅ Drive strategic alignment between operations and business goals

What You’ll Bring:

Proven experience in senior project delivery roles

Strong understanding of infrastructure and Datacentre environments

PRINCE2 or equivalent project management methodology expertise

Excellent leadership, commercial, and stakeholder management skills

Confident handling P&L, resource planning, and contract negotiations
