The Company

We’re on the lookout for an experienced Project Director to join our team and play a pivotal role in driving new business in the design & build sector. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships, securing large-scale opportunities, and guiding projects seamlessly from concept through to completion.


You’ll be responsible for shaping and closing opportunities, pitching solutions, and ensuring our turnkey approach delivers exceptional results for every client.


Key Responsibilities

  • Take qualified leads and convert them into major turnkey opportunities.
  • Build and nurture relationships with clients, positioning us as their trusted partner for end-to-end solutions.
  • Attend client meetings to capture briefs across design, build and furniture, ensuring clarity for internal teams.
  • Develop strategies to showcase our unique approach and stand out in a competitive market.
  • Lead and co-ordinate pitch processes - working with design, pre-construction, visualisation, graphics, and project delivery teams to create compelling, coherent proposals.
  • Confidently pitch turnkey solutions to end-user clients and win projects.
  • Work closely with internal and external specialists to deliver solutions that meet client needs.
  • Negotiate and secure commercially sound agreements while protecting and maximising margins.


Skills & Experience

  • Extensive background in commercial interiors with proven knowledge of turnkey design & build.
  • Track record of winning and delivering large-scale projects
  • Strong commercial awareness - confident structuring proposals and managing margins.
  • Highly skilled in leading pitches and presentations at senior level.
  • Experienced in co-ordinating multi-disciplinary teams to deliver full-service solutions.
  • Excellent communicator, persuasive, articulate and client-focused.
  • Proactive, resourceful and results driven.
