My Client £150m turnover specialist in commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects across the UK. Due to continued expansion and a prestigious pipeline of secured work, are seeking a

Project Director

to lead the delivery of a commercial fit-out scheme based in

Hertfordshire . This is a senior leadership role, ideal for a confident, commercially astute professional with a strong track record in high-value CAT A and CAT B fit-outs.

The Role As

Project Director , you will have overall responsibility for the successful delivery of a flagship project from pre-construction through to completion. You’ll be expected to drive quality, programme, commercial performance, and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities include: Leading all aspects of project delivery for a commercial fit-out (circa £10m+) Managing project teams including Project Managers, Site Managers, Commercial, and Design leads Acting as primary point of contact for the client and professional team Driving high standards of health & safety, quality, and compliance Overseeing cost control, subcontractor performance, and programme milestones Ensuring client expectations are exceeded and repeat business is secured
