About this Role: Experienced Project Director required to take the lead on a £100m new build custodial scheme near Devizes in Wiltshire, due to commence on site later this year for a 2.5 year programme of works. The project comprises 3 large new house blocks with precast concrete construction and complex MEP services throughout the development. Works take place mainly outside the wire, prior to later stages to complete the new perimeter wall and security. You will be responsible for managing the project through the final preconstruction stages through to start on site in in Q3 2025 and then construction phase through to handover in 2027/8. You will lead your project team holding ultimate responsibility for client and stakeholder liaison, design development, construction methodology and programme of works, the smooth and timely progress of construction on site, contractual and financial control of the project throughout, plus safety and quality control.
