Project Manager, Director - Société Générale Responsibilities

Be in charge of leading / accompanying transformation, business development, optimisation and regulatory projects on behalf of the Global Markets Division. Coordinate transformation, business development, optimisation and regulatory projects on behalf of the Global Markets Division. Propose solutions regarding transformation, business development, optimisation and regulatory projects on behalf of the Global Markets Division. Monitor the budget allocated to the mission(s) and ensure delivery within the timeline. Raise alerts / risks / dependencies concerning the execution of the project(s) led. Interact with Front office, support functions and Control functions (e.g., GBSU, RISQ, DFIN, CPLE, SEGL, DGLE).

Profile Required

Good project management and presentation skills: able to understand client needs, scope a mission, organize and follow actions, meet deadlines, respect budget, raise alerts, federate stakeholders, and deliver solutions. Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills. Working knowledge of financial products / Sales & Trading environment. Autonomy: capable of managing missions and knowing when to seek approval/arbitration from management/sponsor. Ability to manage multiple missions with good organization; prioritise, synthesize and analyse project portfolios. Delivery skills: delivers on time and provides pragmatic solutions to clients. Willingness to learn about new applications, tools, and process improvements. Enthusiastic, can-do, proactive approach; takes initiative and ownership. Reporting: clear and appropriate reporting to management, sponsors and Front Account managers. Fluent in English and French.
