Project Manager - Planned Works

MMP Consultancy is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee a range of planned works for a Contractor working with a Housing Association in the Birmingham area. Projects will include replacement of bathrooms, kitchens, windows, and roofs.
This is a temporary position for 1 month initially, subject to possible extension. Candidates can expect a rate of pay of up to £40ph umbrella over a 37-hour working week. Access to your own vehicle is essential to travel between sites.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and deliver planned maintenance and refurbishment projects across occupied housing stock
Liaise effectively with the social housing client and contractors to ensure high-quality delivery
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and in compliance with all health and safety regulations
Monitor progress, resolve issues, and keep stakeholders informed at all stagesRequirements:
Proven experience managing planned works (bathrooms, kitchens, windows, roofs, etc.) in a social housing environment
UKATA or IATP Asbestos Awareness certification (essential)
SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certification (essential)
Gold CSCS card or higher (essential)
Experience in Net Zero/energy efficiency works is highly desirable
Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle (essential)...
