Overview Senior Project Manager / Project Director - Toronto / Ottawa - Canada. We are partnering with our client who is one of North America's major construction contractors (about $3bn t/o) to appoint Senior Project Managers to deliver design and build projects across Toronto and Ottawa. Responsibilities
Manage construction activities to ensure the project is built on schedule and within budget Work with the pre-construction team to develop the project budget Hire key personnel and subcontractors to deliver the project Manage the project administration and daily operations Monitor the change management process
Requirements
Experience working on large scale projects valued at £50m+ Experience managing programme, safety and quality on site Experience working for a Tier 1 or Tier 2 contractor Willing and able to relocate to Canada
To qualify for the higher rate of pay you must be able to demonstrate a track record working as a Project Manager on D&B projects (£50m+) for a Tier 1 or Tier 2 contractor.
