Responsibilities:

• Manage a varied caseload within property disputes, including landlord-tenant issues, development disputes, and land rights
• Represent clients before courts, tribunals, and arbitration panels
• Provide strategic advice on risk mitigation and property-related regulations
• Collaborate with team members and support junior colleagues
• Engage with clients to understand their sectors and legal needs

Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):

• Proven experience within a recognised Property Litigation team
• Strong drafting and legal technical skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage a varied caseload effectively
• Experience in tribunal litigation under the electronic communications code
• Client-facing experience and a collaborative team player
• Evidence of supervising junior team members is advantageous

Desirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):

• Familiarity with tree lopping claims and the 1954 Act renewal process
• Enthusiasm for building client relationships and understanding their sectors

Technologies:

• Proficiency in legal research tools and case management software
