Your ability to translate technical complexity into clear, actionable plans will be key to ensuring smooth delivery and high-quality outcomes.Leading with clarity and confidence, helping teams stay aligned and focused.Bringing a collaborative mindset and a positive, can-do attitude that lifts those around you.Running effective check-ins, resolving blockers early, and keeping design development on track.Working independently and owning your decisions, while staying connected to the wider team.Coordinating across disciplines, especially in multi-disciplinary environments, where your ability to connect the dots will be crucial.Beyond the technical side, you'll play a key role in shaping how we work - promoting smarter methods, driving high-value solutions, and engaging with colleagues across Jacobs to raise the bar.QualificationsA strong technical background in the Public Health elements of Building Services Design, Construction and ProcurementChartered Engineer and member of recognised professional institution, CIBSE or CIPHERelevant experience in the design and specification of sustainable co-ordinated designs for potable water supply services, foul and rainwater drainage, sanitation systems and fire suppression systems in a variety of buildingsExperience in leading MEP teams through all stages of work winning, design and procurement and an understanding of the multi-disciplinary design processesOur colleagues enjoy project diversity and global reach within collaborative and innovative work environment as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
