Job summary As a Quantitative (or Integrated) Research Director, you’ll play a critical leadership role - both as a strategic consultant to clients and a mentor to colleagues. You’ll take ownership of a portfolio of client relationships, with significant responsibility for driving business growth and delivering against commercial targets. A go-to expert in your field, you’ll lead thinking and innovation, role model excellence in research delivery, client engagement, and people management.

You’ll be expected to develop high-impact insight solutions and provide strategic advice across a wide range of quant approaches - including brand tracking, segmentation, pricing, product and proposition development, U&A, and audience/market understanding. You’ll also inspire and support a talented team of researchers to deliver best in class work.
