- Overseeing the team on a day-to-day basis, as well and managing and mentoring them to help with their growth and development
The Candidate:-
- The ideal candidate will be well versed in a wide variety of quantitative research methodologies and will have worked within a research agency or consultancy environment.
- You will have experience across the whole project lifecycle, with the ability to lead and oversee delivery of successful and high quality projects.
- An excellent communicator, who has a creative approach to research solutions and is confident in leading pitches, writing business winning proposals and presenting to senior level clients.
- Strategic thinker - able to think outside the box and provide actionable insights that will help clients to shape their strategies.
- Experience working across a range of sectors, ideally including FMCG, media, tech, entertainment and financial services.
- Proven track record in managing and leading teams
- You will be a positive self-starter, who has a real passion for what they do and is looking to embrace a new challenge where you can thrive!
