OverviewQuantity Surveyor – Associate DirectorLondonA leading SME with ambitious growth plans is expanding its operations and is looking for a Quantity Surveyor at Associate Director level in their London office.ResponsibilitiesCarry out pre- and post-contract quantity surveying duties on private developments and public sector projects, ranging from £1m to £350m.Front schemes and contribute to team leadership and development, fostering a collaborative, proactive team culture and ethos.Participate in strategic business planning, budgeting, and commercial performance reviews.Identify opportunities to add value through innovation, cost efficiencies, or process improvements.Contribute to new business development, bids, and client presentations.Ensure adherence to relevant legislation, company policies, and health & safety regulations; promote sustainability and environmental best practices in cost planning and procurement.Qualifications / ExperienceExperience in pre- and post-contract quantity surveying on private developments and public sector projects (£1m–£350m).Previous experience working on residential projects is highly desirable.How to applyEmail stephen@ruewo.com #J-18808-Ljbffr
