You will oversee all QuickSTAT UK operations, ensuring alignment with company policies and a consistent focus on service excellence and lead health and safety strategy, promoting a safety-first culture through compliance, training, and continuous improvement. Customer satisfaction is central to this role; ensure client needs are consistently met and service standards are upheld across the organization. You will also manage adherence to pricing structures and group policies within the UK network, maintaining operational and financial consistency.ResponsibilitiesProvide strategic leadership to our senior leadership team, fostering a high-performance culture and aligning teams with organizational goals.Lead cultural change initiatives, embedding company values, inclusive practices, and agile ways of working across all teams.Oversee day-to-day operations across all functions (Exports, Imports, Transport, Warehouse, Customer Service), ensuring service excellence and compliance.Drive leadership development, employee engagement, and succession planning in partnership with HR.Ensure full branch compliance with QSHE standards and maintain operational readiness for internal and external audits.Manage the branch P&L, monitor financial performance against targets, and implement cost-saving and efficiency initiatives.Develop and implement operational policies and KPIs to drive accountability, continuous improvement, and customer satisfaction.Act as senior escalation point for key clients, support business development efforts, and contribute to strategic network growth.QualificationsDeep understanding of end-to-end logistics operations, including exports, imports, transport, warehousing, and customer service, with a focus on compliance and efficiency.Proven capability in coaching, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams.
