A great Client of ours at Cyan Partners, a top 20 international law firm who are going from strength to strength each financial year, are seeking to make a Legal Director level hire into their growing and consistently highly ranked Real Estate Finance team.

Key Details on the Role:

• You'll be advising on the lender side for major banks, debt funds, insurers and other financial institutions
• You'll also be advising on the borrower side for investors, developers, blue chip property companies and family offices on domestic and cross-border real estate finance transactions
• You'll have extensive experience (ideally close to a decade or more) of working on real estate finance transactions predominantly in the following sectors: hospitality, logistics, offices and retail.
• You'll have profound technical knowledge of the legal framework surrounding general finance transactions alongside strong document drafting skills
• You'll have excellent client relationship skills and be an effective communicator in order to not only enhance existing relationships but also establish new ones via business development.
