Job Title: Senior Associate / Legal Director – Real Estate Litigation

Location: Birmingham City Centre

Salary: £80,000 – £106,000 (DOE)

We are working with a Top 100 national law firm with a strong reputation for delivering exceptional results in high-value real estate dispute work. The firm is seeking an experienced Principal Associate or Legal Director to join its market-leading Property Litigation team based in Birmingham city centre.

The Role

As part of one of the UK’s most respected practices in this field, you will advise high-profile clients across sectors including retail, leisure, development, and the public sector, handling a diverse range of complex disputes.

You will:

• Lead on significant property litigation matters including landlord and tenant disputes, investment and development-related litigation, and specialist areas such as dilapidations, party wall and boundary disputes.
• Deliver strategic, commercial advice on high-value cases.
• Manage key client relationships and help drive forward business development initiatives.
• Mentor and supervise junior colleagues, contributing to the ongoing growth and success of the team.

About You

• A senior property litigator with extensive experience in high-value real estate disputes.
• Ideally operating at Senior Associate/Principal Associate or Legal Director level.
• Strong client-facing and business development skills.
• A proven track record of managing complex matters independently and as part of a team.
