Marketing/Digital Recruitment Leader - Soho, agency recruitment - hybrid 3 days a week in London. 3Search is a commercial recruitment agency focused on fueling growth by finding talent companies need to power their Revenue Engines. Our specialist Marketing, Sales, Product, Digital, and RevOps Recruiters have unrivalled access to the talent network from Coordinator through to C-suite, supporting businesses at each stage of growth – from early-stage start-ups to established enterprises.

In 2024, we had our best-ever revenue year and are carrying the momentum into 2025. We operate across new complementary markets and have expanded our group with additional businesses and an executive search team to increase job flow, including a US expansion with a presence in NYC. Responsibilities

  • Building and managing an engaged network of relevant clients and candidates within the Marketing industry.
  • Lead and motivate a team of Recruiters.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, proactively maximizing business opportunities and increasing market share.
  • Manage a full-cycle recruitment process.
  • Provide thought leadership to ensure understanding of the relationship between activity and results.
  • Manage complex negotiations and coach others to navigate tricky recruitment situations.
  • Work within a team to deliver on individual and team targets.
  • Positively promote the 3Search brand in the market.

What we are looking for

  • Demonstrated success in delivering against individual and team revenue targets.
  • Extensive interim recruitment experience.
  • Experience as a 360 recruiter and manager in an agency environment.
  • Pride in new business skillset and ability to develop opportunities.
  • High motivation to achieve development goals.
  • Aspiring thought leader in your sector with many ideas and openness to share them.
  • Ability to give and receive quality feedback; collaborative and kind.
  • Passion for recruitment and a client-focused mindset.
