This role involves strategic and operational leadership with stakeholder management across multiple locations and teams. Responsibilities
Provide strategic and operational leadership across regional teams, with P&L responsibility where applicable. Manage relationships with C-level and senior stakeholders, ensuring delivery of high-quality marketing execution across print, POS, merchandising, and packaging. Coordinate teams across multiple locations and ensure alignment with brand standards and client expectations. Lead projects from concept to delivery, focusing on quality and long-term solutions rather than price alone.
Qualifications
Experience in leadership roles (strategic, operational, financial/P&L, stakeholder management). Expertise in marketing execution/production or marketing buying/procurement (print, POS, merchandise, packaging). Experience working with high-profile fashion/retail brands is preferred. Ability to manage cross-location teams and operate in a solution-oriented rather than “box-mover” mindset.
