Join to apply for the Regional Business Director role at GSKSite Name: Field Worker - GBRPosted Date: Oct 10 2025This position is for a field based role, covering the Midlands region.Key ResponsibilitiesSet expectations for account teams including sales targets and competency expectations.Ensure account teams develop and maintain a deep understanding of their allocated accounts’ needs/priorities and the marketplace to deliver on account plan objectives.Conduct regular account reviews to track field teams’ progress against account/project plan milestones, actions and targets.Coach and mentor account teams in developing their account plans and achieving objectives.Create a positive, motivational working environment and share information with others in GSK.Contribute to the development of cross-functional plans such as marketing plans and business plans.Basic QualificationsPrevious line management experience within a similar sales management role in a large, complex matrixed organisation.Experience coaching/mentoring people and driving business results through teams.Strong commercial acumen and ability to analyse trends to make informed decisions.Track record of people development and account management.Experience delivering on account plan objectives within a region.Preferred QualificationsAgile and digitally minded with learning agility.Ability to build positive relationships and lead, mentor and develop individuals.Strategic mindset with bigger picture orientation.Proven experience in leading a strong team in a commercial environment.ABPI Certification preferred.Closing Date for Applications – 24th October 2025Why GSK?Uniting science, technology and talent to get ahead of disease together.
