Responsibilities
As a key member of our senior leadership team, oversee multiple services across the Northwest region in Cumbria and drive operational excellence. Ensure that every home in the region is a place where children feel safe, supported, and seen, with focus on safeguarding and quality assurance. Lead and inspire a high-performing team, shaping service delivery to achieve positive outcomes for children and young people. Contribute to business growth and service innovation with strategic oversight and influence across the organisation.
Qualifications
Proven senior leadership in children's residential care A strong track record with Ofsted inspections and compliance Strategic thinking, commercial acumen, and inspirational leadership Passion for inclusion, integrity, and championing children's rights
