£70,000 + Bonus (average OTE £120,000+)

Remote based, but must live within proximity of Manchester

You will be responsible for leading a team of talented Financial Directors who are passionate about helping ambitious £2-50M private businesses climb their Everest.

You come with a strong understanding of business strategy and a successful track record. Your unique strength is your ability to build genuine, long-lasting relationships with clients—acting as an advisor, strategist, and trusted partner. You’ll work closely with Matthew Mills and Chris Holliday, our Chief Commercial Officers, who have previously been Regional Directors of the UK business.

You’ll be a local or adopted local in the region, with a strong network and a ‘black book’ of outstanding individuals and businesses interested in this opportunity for the right reasons.

Your role involves finding exceptional Financial Directors, engaging and motivating your team, and demonstrating to clients how this can be a ‘game changer’ for their business. You’ll love sales, lead generation, client relationships, and the thrill of the hunt! A great listener and questioner, you’ll wake up each day asking, “how can I add value and do something special for my clients today?”
