Come help us transform everyday travel into extraordinary experiences.About the Role:As the Regional Director, Partner Success MEA, you will be responsible for leading and inspiring a high-performing team of Partner Success Managers, driving revenue growth and retention for partners in the Middle East & Africa region. You will own the regional strategy, ensuring the team's objectives are in lockstep with our overall business goals. Your primary focus is to foster deep, senior-level relationships with our partners in the region, maximize their success, and expand our footprint.You will be responsible for:Leading and mentoring a regional team of Partner Success Managers to achieve sales and revenue targets.Managing and expanding key partner relationships at a senior level within the region, ensuring a regular communication cadence to foster growth and retention.Collaborating cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and other regional leaders to drive product and feature adoption as well as performance optimization.Identifying, coaching, and developing top talent within your team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.Acting as the key leader for the Partner Success function within your region, engaging in strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, and account review processes to drive regional success.You Are Someone With:8+ years of experience in partner success, project management, or product management roles within a SaaS environment.4+ years of direct people management experience, with a proven track record of leading, inspiring, and mentoring successful teams.Exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with senior-level stakeholders.Demonstrated ability to drive strategic planning and execute on regional business goals.Experience working across timezones with partners in the Middle East and Africa.Experience in a B2B SaaS company is required, with knowledge of Salesforce, Jira, and Confluence being highly desirable.What You’ll Love About Us:Comprehensive Health PlansFlexible Paid Time OffTravel Experience CreditAnnual Wellness CreditTeam Events and Monthly LunchesWork From Anywhere ProgramParental Leave Top UpAdventure PassOur Process:Plusgrade is an equal-opportunity employer and is committed to providing an accessible recruitment process.
