Are you a strategic leader with a passion for driving performance, developing teams, and delivering operational excellence? We are looking for a Regional Director to oversee our Powered Access operations across a defined region, ensuring we continue to set the standard for safety, service, and customer satisfaction.
As our Regional Director, you will be responsible for managing multiple branches, driving commercial performance, and ensuring operational excellence across your territory. You will lead from the front—coaching, mentoring, and inspiring high-performing teams, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations and best practices.
What You’ll Need
- Experience leading and managing regional operations for powered access equipment, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Ability to develop and execute regional growth strategies aligned with overall business goals.
- Skills to monitor and improve performance metrics across sales, service, and safety.
- Proven experience managing all aspects of Health and Safety.
- Success in a Powered Access Business and seeking the next step in career development.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Experience overseeing fleet utilization, asset management, and capital planning.
- Experience leading a team, achieving KPIs, and conducting performance reviews.
- Experience taking full profit and loss ownership of a region, driving growth, operational excellence, and strategic development across multiple sites.
