Job title: Regional Director Location: Nationwide Salary: up to £110,000 per annum Contract Type: Permanent Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm Job Purpose The Regional Director will provide strategic and operational leadership across a defined region. This role ensures that schools meet their development plans, achieve group-wide expectations, and deliver excellent outcomes for children and young people. This position provides additional leadership capacity within the region and ensures consistent oversight across multiple sites, with a focus on quality, safeguarding, staff wellbeing, financial performance, and growth.
