Known for delivering high-quality housing and regeneration schemes, the business is entering a new phase of growth and is seeking a senior leader to drive operational excellence across its regional portfolio.


Role Summary

We are seeking a Regional Director / Operations Director to lead construction operations across the Bristol region. You will oversee multiple live projects, manage delivery teams, and collaborate with senior leadership to shape regional strategy and performance.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage regional construction operations across multiple sites
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high standards
  • Drive performance, safety, and quality across all delivery teams
  • Collaborate with commercial, technical, and pre-construction teams
  • Build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and local authorities
  • Mentor and develop operational staff to support succession planning


Candidate Requirements

  • Proven experience in senior operational leadership within residential construction
  • Strong commercial acumen and portfolio management skills
  • Inspirational leadership style and excellent stakeholder engagement
  • Experience in regeneration, partnership housing, or mixed-tenure developments
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Bristol
