Regional Director - Lithia / TPS
Northamptonshire - With travel and occasional overnight stays
Basic salary of £70,000 with £84,000 OTE and company car, pension, life assurance, family health care, 33 days holiday (including bank holidays), exclusive company discounts on used car purchases, leasing deals and aftersales services

The Regional Director is responsible for driving regional performance and growth through strong operational oversight and strategic alignment. The successful candidate will lead site teams, ensure financial and compliance targets are met, and champion continuous improvement in customer experience and team development. Acting as a vital link between frontline operations and senior leadership, the role plays a key part in delivering strategic initiatives and fostering strong partnerships with the manufacturer.
Your journey as Regional Director:
- Direct regional leadership over site leaders to drive local performance and new growth areas
- Full financial accountability for regional performance, including meeting AOP targets and managing variances
- Ensure operational compliance with all business processes and QHSE standards
- Develop talent and succession plans in partnership with L&D to support team growth and retention
- Improve customer experience by refining operational strategies within cost frameworks
- Act as key link to senior leadership, ensuring alignment, agility, and strategic execution across regions
- Provide people and day to day operational support
- Build and maintain strong relationships with the manufacturer, ensuring alignment on brand standards, performance expectations, and strategic initiatives working towards being an investor of choice

- Well-versed in operational compliance, with a solid understanding of QHSE and other business-critical standards
