Overview

The Regional Enterprise Director serves as the senior Enterprise leader within the local branch, accountable for the performance and outcomes of the Enterprise Hub business in their region. Reporting to the Branch Director, the role drives growth through improved retention, cross-selling, and new client acquisition.

As a local senior leader, the Regional Enterprise Director sets standards of performance and behaviour, acting as a role model and motivator for the Enterprise team. The role ensures the team is equipped with the knowledge, skills, capacity, and resources required to deliver commercial success and exceptional customer outcomes.

The Regional Enterprise Director will work in collaboration with the Enterprise Director, translating regional strategy into local execution, ensuring alignment with the overall Relationship Broking strategy while tailoring initiatives to meet the needs of the branch.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Enterprise Hub in the region, accountable for performance and outcomes.
• Drive growth through improved retention, cross-selling, and new client acquisition.
• Set standards of performance and behaviour for the Enterprise team and act as a role model and motivator.
• Ensure the team has the knowledge, skills, capacity, and resources to deliver commercial success and exceptional customer outcomes.
• Collaborate with the Enterprise Director to inform strategic direction and translate regional strategy into local execution.
• Align regional initiatives with the Relationship Broking strategy and adapt them to regional needs.
