We’re looking for a bold, experienced Regional Operations Director to lead a portfolio of care homes in the Midlands. You will oversee homes that are operationally strong and thriving communities, where residents feel at home and teams feel supported.

The Role

You’ll provide clear, inspiring leadership across all homes, ensuring exceptional care, full regulatory compliance, and strong commercial performance. By guiding Home Managers and their teams, you’ll create a culture of excellence where residents thrive, staff are motivated, and each home operates at its best.

About You

  • Experienced in multi-site leadership within elderly care.
  • Confident with CQC regulations and quality standards.
  • Commercially savvy, with a proven track record of growth and results.
  • Inspirational, approachable, and people-focused.
  • Flexible to travel across the region, with occasional overnight stays.
