Responsibilities

• Provide clear, inspiring leadership across all homes, ensuring exceptional care, full regulatory compliance, and strong commercial performance.
• Guide Home Managers and their teams to create a culture of excellence where residents thrive, staff are motivated, and each home operates at its best.

• Experienced in multi-site leadership within elderly care.
• Confident with CQC regulations and quality standards.
• Commercially savvy, with a proven track record of growth and results.
• Inspirational, approachable, and people-focused.
• Flexible to travel across the region, with occasional overnight stays.
