exceptional care, full regulatory compliance, and strong commercial performance . By guiding Home Managers and their teams, you’ll create a culture of excellence where residents thrive, staff are motivated, and each home operates at its best.

About You Experienced in multi-site leadership within elderly care. Confident with CQC regulations and quality standards. Commercially savvy, with a proven track record of growth and results. Inspirational, approachable, and people-focused. Flexible to travel across the region, with occasional overnight stays.
