Overview

We\'re looking for a Regional Pre-Construction Director to join our Construction team working across the Eastern regions.

Location: Waterbeach, Cambridge

Contract: Permanent - Full Time

Responsibilities

• To lead the development and implementation of the BU preconstruction strategy aligned with our regional strategy. Working with the BU Senior Leadership team to achieve the BU objectives in support of the regional business plan aspirations.
• Responsible for creating work winning strategies and taking this forward into successful execution of pre-construction and mobilisation programmes.
• To lead, manage, motivate, and inspire the BU preconstruction team, providing opportunities and development for all employees, enabling them to bring their best selves to work and create a culture where everyone can reach their potential, be included and contribute to business success.
• Understanding team aspirations and jointly creating development plans for all team members to ensure training, development and career paths are clearly defined and actioned.
• Work closely with the BU Business Development team to support the business in developing relationships with current and potential customers.

• Excellent track record of work winning with knowledge of multiple sectors including public and private
• Strong team leadership with demonstratable capability in developing talent, skills and the potential of individuals and teams to create high performing teams
