THE ROLE: This position is a key part of our Commercial team
heading up the Sales side of our business. You will lead the sales team for our company
with involvement in strategy for sales across multi depots. This will involve key internal partnerships with areas including procurement, operations and marketing to ensure that our proposition to our customers is as strong as possible. You will have over 20 indirect field sales based reports channelled into RSMs who report directly into you at Director level. In addition to this, you will also be responsible for directly driving sales yourself via Key Account and Multi site operators within our area. The focus of the role is to drive volume of sales alongside strong margin and customer retention. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone in a Foodservice Sales leadership role seeking to progress their career with an ambitious growth player in the market. THE APPLICANT: We are seeking to speak to candidates with a proven track record in Senior Sales Management within the Foodservice Sector. Candidates with a background in Foodservice wholesale will be of strong interest Candidates must have managed Sales teams within Foodservice Candidates with experience at Director level will be of particular interest Candidates must be of a commercial mindset and be able to implement strategy at a Senior level.
