The Role This is a strategic relationship role where you will combine business development expertise with a deep understanding of transactional banking, depositsandliquidity solutions. In this role you will:

Develop and implement strategies to attract stable, low-cost deposits. Drive acquisition of Business Current Accounts and Business Savings Accounts. Build and maintain strong client relationships to understand cash management needs. Identify new business opportunities across sectors, focusing on liquidity and deposit growth.il> Collaborate with internal teams to align deposit-gathering activities with wider business objectives. Monitor KPIs and market trends to inform strategy and continuous improvement. Represent Cynergy Bank at industry events and networking opportunities.

What You will Bring

Proven experience in business development and cash deposits. Strong relationship-building and stakeholder engagement skills. Knowledge of deposit products and cash management solutions. Commercial acumen and ability to identify growth opportunities.
