My client is a boutique Private & Commercial Bank who has a dedicated Real Estate Finance team specialising in property investment lending.
Overview Offer a sophisticated Real Estate Finance service that caters to the unique needs of experienced Real Estate professionals, with an expected target debt requirement of £3mn+, specifically in the Residential Investment market. Develop and enhance relationships with both new to bank and existing HNW clients’ businesses Provide effective lending and deposit solutions to meet the needs of such clients, building a profitable and sustainable portfolio which contributes positively to both sides of the Bank's commercial balance sheet Work professionally and proactively to represent the Bank both externally and internally Work closely with Private Bankers to encourage internal networks for the referral of business
Responsibilities Origination and Primary relationship management responsibility of a portfolio of more complex real estate clients, serving as their strategic partner in the bank and acting as a gateway to other products and services.
