  • Salary: £75-85k
  • Location: London (Hybrid – 3 days in-office ideally but can look into being more flexible)
  • Key Feature: Global leadership role driving innovative retail media strategy
  • This is a 9 month contract to start with - so we'll need someone either immediately available or with a 1 month notice period.

The Retail Media Director will play a pivotal role in leading multi-market initiatives, driving global retail and commerce strategies, and delivering market-defining solutions. Working closely with the Global Commerce Lead, this individual will develop best-in-class frameworks, elevate global practices, and guide internal and client teams toward measurable business growth.


The Retail Media Director will:

  • Lead and oversee the execution of global retail media and commerce initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Develop and implement innovative, multi-channel strategies that seamlessly integrate media and retail activity.
  • Provide strategic leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Collaborate with global stakeholders and clients to deliver data-driven, commercially focused solutions.
  • Monitor global market trends to identify emerging opportunities in retail media, eCommerce, and hybrid selling.


The role requires:

  • Proven expertise in retail media and commerce strategy across multiple markets and channels.
  • Strong understanding of retail ecosystems, in-store and offsite media tactics, and organic performance.
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with mastery in PowerPoint and presentation delivery.
  • Strategic, forward-thinking mindset with a proven ability to create frameworks, playbooks, and scalable solutions.
  • Demonstrated leadership capability, with experience influencing senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
