Overview

Warmer Homes London (WHL) is a new, ambitious organisation backed by the Mayor of London and London Councils. We're here to transform the energy efficiency of homes across the capital, making them greener, healthier, and affordable to heat.

WHL brings together councils, housing associations, builders, community energy groups, and training providers, delivering government funding to retrofit homes starting with social housing, private rentals, and low-income owner-occupied homes.

Responsibilities

• Head WHL's Retrofit Strategy and Services design and delivery functions, ensuring delivery plan commitments are met and strategic objectives are achieved.
• Build and lead a high-performing team bringing together asset data, supply chain development, funding and finance solutions, and user-centred service design.
• Champion a test and learn capability across WHL, embedding service innovation grounded in clear outcomes, robust evidence, and collaborative working.
• Forge partnerships with local, regional, national, and international stakeholders to create valued, scalable, and impactful retrofit enabling services.
