This niche insurer is experiencing significant growth and is now looking to appoint their next Risk & Compliance Director (SMF4, SMF16 & SMF17).

We’re interested in speaking to individuals already operating at this level or those aspiring to step into their first SMF role.

The firm operates a fully remote working model, allowing you to work from home full-time.

Leading a small team of 5, you’ll develop and lead the firm’s Risk and Compliance strategy in line with business objectives and regulatory expectations.

You’ll ensure the risk framework and compliance monitoring plan support the execution of the business strategy, enabling growth and innovation while maintaining safeguards.

You’ll provide clear, independent reporting to the Board, Risk & Compliance Committee, Audit Committee, and other stakeholders.

You should be an experienced Risk and/or Compliance leader from the insurance sector with a commercial mindset and a proven track record of adding value through a holistic, long-term approach.

Excellent knowledge of FCA, PRA, and Data Protection requirements is essential, along with experience managing Enterprise Risk frameworks and compliance oversight in a fast-paced environment.
