The Opportunity

You’ll play a key role in driving revenue across the UK agency landscape — with a particular focus on deepening relationships across OMG, Havas, and IPG. While your primary focus will be the UK, experience working with international agency teams will be a big plus.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to grow agency investment and market share
  • Build strong, lasting relationships across key agency groups
  • Identify and convert new business opportunities, creating a consistent pipeline of prospects
  • Deliver client value through consultative selling and insight-led solutions
  • Represent the business as a trusted partner within the UK media ecosystem
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and client satisfaction


What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years’ experience in digital advertising sales
  • Strong existing connections within OMG, Havas or IPG (one or more)
  • Proven track record of hitting revenue targets and driving new business
  • Excellent understanding of programmatic and digital media solutions
  • Confident communicator with strong presentation and negotiation skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work autonomously and think commercially
