You will work closely with the Senior Leadership Team to deliver on our ambitious growth plans.Person SpecificationQualificationsStrong understanding of the NHS and or private healthcare sector, ideally in the mental health or social care fieldExperienceProven experience in business development, marketing or sales, ideally within private healthcare, NHS or Local Authority commissioning.Track record of winning high-value contracts and building long-term client relationshipsExperience leading tender processes, bid writing and contract negotiationsExcellent ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders including senior decision makersAbility to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneouslyCommercial mindset with strong analytical, negotiation and presentation skillsExceptional interpersonal and customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all organisational levelsManagement or leadership experience with the ability to inspire and develop a teamDisclosure and Barring Service CheckThis post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions Order) 1975 and as such it will be necessary for a submission for Disclosure to be made to the Disclosure and Barring Service (formerly known as CRB) to check for any previous criminal convictions. #J-18808-Ljbffr
