Base pay range
We’re working with a global RegTech firm that’s leading the way in compliance and conduct risk technology for financial services. As they expand across EMEA, they’re looking to bring on a New Business Sales Executive to drive growth and open new client relationships across banks, asset managers, and wider capital markets firms.
This is a great opportunity for someone with experience selling compliance or GRC software into financial institutions, looking to join a high-growth business with a strong reputation in the market.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading on new business sales across the EMEA financial services market
- Selling a powerful, modular SaaS platform used to manage personal account dealing, gifts & entertainment, third-party risk, and broader conduct compliance
- Developing relationships with Heads of Compliance, Risk Officers, and senior stakeholders across banking and investment firms
- Managing full sales cycles from prospecting through to close
- Working closely with marketing, product, and customer success to ensure a seamless onboarding and client experience
What We’re Looking For
- Experience selling RegTech, GRC, or compliance-focused software into financial institutions
- A strong understanding of regulatory pressures across the buy and sell side
- Ability to engage with senior compliance and legal stakeholders and run consultative sales processes
- Track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
- A motivated self-starter who thrives in a high-performance, client-facing role
