Location: Hybrid - Up to 2 days per month in Milton Keynes. An exciting opportunity has arisen with a rapidly growing marketing agency seeking a Growth Director / Head of Growth / Growth Manager / Sales Director to join their team and lead their next phase of expansion. This is a leadership focused role and we are looking for a strategic and ambitious sales professional with experience in either a Marketing agency, tech sales, Enterprise tech. As the agency refines its Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), they need a sales leader to drive high value opportunities and long term partnerships. The Growth Sales Director will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, whilst working closely with the delivery team to craft tailored solutions and proposals for leading brands. This role offers the potential to grow into Director level position, with the opportunity to build and scale a high performing sales team as the pipeline builds and scales. Your role will involve: Driving sales growth aligned with the company’s ICP.

Working closely with the Head of Brand and Founder to integrate sales, marketing, and service efforts, ensuring alignment for maximum impact.
