Sales Director

We are looking for an experienced Sales Director to lead our UK business. This role combines commercial leadership with operational oversight, ensuring both strong sales performance and efficient day-to-day management of the subsidiary.

Key Responsibilities

  • Commercial Growth: Develop and deliver sales and marketing strategies to expand market share, grow revenue, and strengthen customer relationships in the UK and across Europe.
  • Business Operations: Oversee warehouse, logistics, finance, and customer service functions, ensuring smooth operations, cost control, and compliance with UK regulations.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and develop cross-functional teams, set performance standards, and foster collaboration across departments and with global HQ.

About You

  • Proven track record in sales leadership, ideally within industrial products, manufacturing, or B2B sectors.
  • Strong business acumen with experience managing both sales and operational functions.
  • Good knowledge of UK financial, tax, and compliance frameworks.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline preferred.
