- To promote Trip.Biz’s awareness and corporate travel solution to the designed markets
- Secure the new agreement of global MNC and SME and facilitate the onboarding process
- Plan, develop, and execute the sales plan to deliver the key results
- Collaborate and consult with corporate clients with the goal of extending relationships, increasing the user adoption rate of Trip.Biz’s Travel Solution, and optimizing their investment.
- Collaborate across Trip.Biz and Trip.com Group internal teams including product, finance, legal R&D, service & marketing teams in order to achieve clients’ expectations and secure the new agreement as well as client retention.
- To work closely with business leads in both global and regional teams to mutually drive revenue growth
- Deliver against assigned quarterly goals while prioritizing and delivering excellent client service to the clients
- Collaborate with Product Management and the rest of the cross-functional team to formulate and refine the product roadmap. Lead projects and initiatives as required, with the ability to guide cross-functional teams to achieve established goals and deliverables as needed
- Perform research, quantitative analysis, and modeling as necessary to enable key business decisions.
- Represent Trip.Biz in the destinations to increase brand awareness and interact with local partners by launching seminars, sales activities, tradeshow participation, and industry/partner events.
- Prepare presentation and all the necessary reports
- Assist in additional tasks and projects when needed
Key Requirements
- Fluent in English
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate development, business development/or a reputable global or local TMC /or in airline and acting in sales function /or in B2B/Bedbanks/Wholesale as and act in sales function
- Detail oriental and fast learning capacity
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to adjust different communication methods depending on the stakeholders
- Strong knowledge of TMC or from TMC background.
- Hungry for success but humble
- Fluent in Excel, PowerPoint, and any other related software to help with day-to-day operations
- Willing to travel, if needed
