Overview

Group Marketing Director at CSG The Global Talent Experts – join CSG Talent as our Sales Director, overseeing UK and international sales operations. Executive-level role based at our UK HQ in Horsforth, Leeds (relocation provided if required).

Note: you must have experience within Recruitment/Executive Search to be considered for this opportunity.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee sales across the UK and international markets, working closely with the COO and Senior Leadership Team to maximise sales opportunities from Divisional Head to Consultant level.
  • Manage the internal sales structure, performance reviews, managerial reviews and promotions.
  • Collaborate with the People Team on headcount growth and with Marketing to establish data trends and maximise opportunities.
  • Support the Growth Teams and contribute to company-wide initiatives to drive revenue and business development.

Location and Working Arrangements

Based at the Horsforth HQ, near Leeds. Relocation is provided if required. Flexible working and a benefits package are available.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Proven track record of divisional-level management/directorship with direct reporting across multiple divisions.
  • Experience managing managers and multi-division teams; comfortable collaborating with Divisional Heads and sales units to maximise performance.
  • Willingness to travel to the Manchester office and potential international travel to Florida and Australia.
  • Strong communication skills with internal and external stakeholders at all levels; collaborative mindset to support company-wide Growth Teams.
  • Ambitious, detail-oriented, and passionate about meeting and exceeding targets.
