CSG Talent has a fantastic opportunity to join the business as our Sales Director, overseeing both our UK and international sales operations. This is an executive-level position and is based at our UK HQ in Horsforth, Leeds (relocation provided if required). **Please note you must have experience within Recruitment/Executive Search to be considered for this opportunity. As our Sales Director, you will be based in our Horsforth HQ, just outside of Leeds. You will be working very closely with our COO and Senior Leadership Team, ensuring they are maximizing their sales opportunities, all the way through from Divisional Head to Consultant level. You will also be responsible for the internal sales structure, performance reviews, managerial reviews and promotions. You will also be working with the People Team regarding headcount growth, as well as Marketing, to establish data trends and how to maximize these opportunities.
