Embark on an exciting journey as the Sales Director at stunning hotel in Salisbury where you'll lead the commercial efforts of the Hotel, soon to be relaunched due to significant investment this hotel in Salisbury will be an exciting place to showcase.
This permanent, full-time role offers a competitive salary range of GBP35,000 to GBP40,000 alongside sales related bonuses alongside the opportunity to shape the future of this dynamic hotel.
As Sales Director you will spearhead the sales strategy for corporate, group, and MICE segments- Build lasting relationships with key clients, ensuring exceptional service and driving repeat business - Mentor and support a high-performing sales team, aligning their efforts with hotel operations
Preferred Requirements:
- Develop and execute the sales strategy, focusing on securing new business opportunities and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, delivering exceptional service and driving repeat business
- Lead and develop the sales team, ensuring alignment between sales strategies and hotel operations
- Monitor competitor activities and stay up to date with market trends to maintain a competitive edge
- Prepare and present sales reports, track KPIs, and provide insight into performance, continuously looking for areas of improvement
- Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role within the hospitality industry, with a strong focus on corporate and MICE sales
- Demonstrated track record of exceeding sales targets and delivering results
- Excellent relationship management and communication skills, with the ability to build strong, lasting relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Salary Package of £35,000 to £40,000 per annum
