Duties & Responsibilities
Develop and deliver strategic sales plans to meet growth targets.
Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing, commercially driven sales team.
Identify and capitalise on new business opportunities across global markets.
Monitor sales performance, KPIs, and ensure robust pipeline management.
Work closely with product and operations teams to align on business strategy.
What Experience is Required
Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role, ideally in fashion or private label manufacturing.
A track record of achieving revenue growth and managing high-value accounts.
Strong leadership, commercial insight, and team development capabilities.
