GTM Talent Partner to the AI & Digital Advertising Industry
Location: London, Hybrid – 3 days per week in the office
Our client is an innovative AdTech business pioneering a new format in digital advertising. Following significant growth and success, they’re now looking to hire two experienced Sales Directors (or Senior Sales Managers ready to step up) to strengthen their UK commercial team. Each hire will be responsible for managing and expanding relationships within a key agency holding group – Publicis or Omnicom.
The Role:
- Take ownership of revenue growth across one of the UK’s major agency holding groups (Publicis or Omnicom)
- Build and maintain deep relationships with senior contacts across media agencies
- Deliver consultative, value-based sales pitches that position the company as a premium solution
- Navigate agency deal structures and drive inclusion in annual JBP agreements
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Account Management, Product, and Creative teams to deliver best-in-class campaign solutions
- Generate new business opportunities and expand share-of-wallet within your agency patch
- Provide regular forecasts, updates, and performance reports to senior leadership
Your Profile:
- Experience in a senior commercial role within digital media or AdTech, with a strong sales track record
- Deep relationships within either Publicis or Omnicom agency networks
- Proven success in new business generation, not just farming existing accounts
- Experience selling digital platforms, technology or high-value media solutions
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a scale-up mindset
- Programmatic experience or PMP knowledge is a bonus
- Experience introducing new ad formats or working within a challenger brand is highly desirable
